Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Personal Shopper to support Lowes Foods To Go, our online ordering program. You will pick orders for guests, build rapport, and help tailor selections to guests’ preferences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, efficient order fulfillment, and basic tech usage on handheld devices and devices. Training and uniformed service are provided as part of campus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills with clear communication.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out orders.
• Properly greet and review orders with guests.
• Effectively and safely handle, bagging, and loading of orders.
• Record any variances on guest pick list.
• Maintain appropriate records applicable to position and LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed.
