Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Personal Shopper for its Lowes Foods To Go online ordering program. You will masterfully and efficiently pick guest orders, building relationships to understand needs and preferences.

This role offers exposure to eCommerce, logistics, IT, customer service, and grocery retail in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing and energetic, capable of positive guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, outgoing.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfort with basic computer devices and software.

Responsibilities

• Pick guest orders accurately following guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Work efficiently during order picking, staging, and loading.
• Greet guests and review orders.
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely.
• Record variances on guest pick list.
• Maintain records for program and store data.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware/software.
• Maintain LFTG station and equipment.
• Escalate service issues to support/resources.
• Promote the program in-store and engage in local marketing.
• Assist with community marketing activities.
• Provide in-store guest service, including bagging and location help.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
