Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead in Charleston, SC. The role oversees the patient dining program, coordinates meal service, and supervises dining associates to ensure accurate tray assembly and timely delivery. Leadership experience required; schedule includes three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift with rotating weekends.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and read safety/procedure documents.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT and other computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure trays are assembled, delivered, and retrieved.
• Determine menu alternatives for patients with allergies, dietary restrictions, or cultural preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily meal selections, tray completion, and delivery/ retrieval processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies; follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports; conduct daily associate team meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
