Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice near a Warby Parker retail location. You’ll practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrist(s) and work closely with the store team to deliver an elevated patient experience.

The ideal candidate is a team player who provides exceptional clinical care, educates patients on options, and remains committed to ongoing professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in California
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care and communication
• Ability to collaborate with store team and optometry colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with state requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations following clinical standards
• Partner with store team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and grow the eye exam business
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patient needs
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay compliant with regulations
• Be a clinical ambassador and share knowledge with team and patients
