Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will deliver high-quality eye exams, prescribe eyewear, and educate patients while collaborating with store leadership to grow the eye exam business.

You are a licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing, with a focus on outstanding patient care, teamwork, and a willingness to integrate new technologies and digital tools into daily practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the state of practice.
• Demonstrates exceptional patient care and teamwork.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and contribute to process improvements.
• In good standing and not LEIE-listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Partner with store team to grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and educate patients on options.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on goals and strategies.
