Warby Parker seeks a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will work under supervising optometrist(s) and partner with the store team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, prescribe eyewear and contacts, and educate patients on options. The role emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and accessible eye care with modern tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the state where you practice.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care with a team-focused approach.
• Experience with refractive assessments and ocular health evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations following standards of care.
• Collaborate with store team to create an exceptional patient experience and grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and contacts, educate patients on options, and diagnose common vision conditions.
• Coach the team to support patients through their journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records and state licensure compliance.
