Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused and dynamic Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. The role reports to the supervising optometrist(s) and emphasizes exceptional patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in the practicing state

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses tailored to patient needs
• Educate patients on options and ensure accurate documentation of treatments
• Maintain detailed medical records and comply with licensure/CE requirements
• Collaborate with store leadership to enhance patient experience and growth of eye exams
• Use EMR tools to streamline care and ensure quality patient interactions
