Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You will practice under clinical direction, delivering high-quality eye exams, fittings, and patient education while collaborating with the store team to maximize patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in MA.
• Strong patient-focus and clinical excellence.
• Team-oriented with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per clinical standards.
• Collaborate with store team to enhance patient experience and grow eye exam volume.
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses, educate patients on options and care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and state licensure.
• Support ongoing education and clinical training initiatives.
