Warby Parker is seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker location. You will practice under the supervision of the practice's optometrists and work with a team to deliver exceptional eye care and a best-in-class patient experience.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, prescribe eyewear, and educate patients on options while maintaining accurate medical records and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing
• Strong teamwork and patient care orientation

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care
• Partner with store team to grow the eye exam business at your location
• Prescribe eyewear and educate patients on options; diagnose and treat vision conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and state licensure, comply with CE requirements
• Be an engaging clinical presence and educate team on eye care best practices
• Utilize EMR tools to streamline care and patient experience
• Collaborate with Store Leader on goals and strategies
