Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Part-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will practice under supervision and collaborate closely with a supportive team to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• OD licensed in the state where you practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per protocols.
• Collaborate with store team to grow the eye exam business at your location.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions and educate patients on options.
• Diagnose and treat vision conditions, including refractive errors and ocular health.
• Document medical records accurately and maintain licensure and CE requirements.
• Be a visible clinical presence reinforcing Warby Parker's eye care leadership.
• Utilize EMR tools to streamline care and ensure precision.
• Support store leadership with clinical goals and strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
