You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists and deliver exceptional clinical care while building relationships with patients and supporting the practice’s growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing.
• Strong clinical exam skills and patient communication.
• Ability to lead and educate team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patients’ needs.
• Diagnose and treat refractive errors and ocular health conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to align on goals and strategies.
