The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and precise documentation within the practice software, with opportunities to cross-train across departments and participate in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication to assist customers and inquiries.
• Strong written communication to document patient interactions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with selecting frames and adjustments.
• Provide eyewear dispensing and troubleshooting support.
• Ensure accurate pricing and delivery quotes to patients.
• Communicate clearly to meet patient expectations and maintain team relations.
• Clean and merchandise displays daily to promote products.
• Assist with insurance billing and processing orders.
• Document all patient communications in the practice software.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-train in other departments.
