Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to attract and retain customers.
• Greet customers and explain the process transparently.
• Assist patients with merchandise selection, fittings, and dispensing eyewear.
• Solve visual problems and recommend frame/lens solutions.
• Process customer transactions at the point of purchase.
• Serve as center of excellence with focus on Right the First Time.
• Assist other staff with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Record measurements and ensure accurate fitting and adjustments.
• Report any office problems to the Office Manager.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
