Job summary

VSP Vision's Optical Outlets in Riverview, FL is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Optician assistant to support patients and the Doctor and Office Manager. You will greet customers, assist with frame and lens selections, and handle transactions with care.

You will provide excellent service, document customer interactions, and help ensure accuracy in measurements and fittings, contributing to overall patient satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills to prioritize tasks and handle inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customers by providing unsurpassed customer service.
