Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Freehold, NJ to act as a liaison between providers and patients, monitor treatment plans, and connect patients with healthcare professionals. • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a similar practice: Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Orthopedic/Spine Surgeon (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trust with patients, providers and Scheduler(s).
• Conduct weekly meetings with assigned provider(s) to discuss active patient list and ensure care modifications are implemented.
• Assure patient compliance by reviewing the daily schedule and delegating changes to Scheduler(s).
• Coordinate patient imaging as required and assist with MD appointments.
• Provide advanced knowledge of Alliance Ortho services and technology.
