Mondelēz is seeking a merchandising associate in Avon, IN to fulfill customers' merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain promotional displays across assigned stores.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
Stock shelves and maintain or change displays.
Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees.

Follow daily schedule from merchandising manager.

Job description

Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues with the Mondelēz management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally able to push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Avon, IN
Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Start time availability: 7:00-8:00am
