Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a merchandising associate to support in-store merchandising, stocking shelves, and creating promotional displays in the South Bend area. You will collaborate with store staff and sales reps to maximize product visibility and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include in-store visits, photo captures of displays, and placing orders via iPad to maintain stock. Start times range 6:00–8:00 AM, Tuesday–Saturday, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Live within 25-35 miles of South Bend, IN.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• • Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• • Order products via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• • Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• • Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• • Communicate issues with Mondelēz management
• • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• • Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: South Bend, IN
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
• Start time availability: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM
