University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is seeking Area Tellers to support multiple Austin branches. You will process member transactions, assist with account services, and help ensure compliance and security in daily operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional member service, cash handling accuracy, and teamwork within UFCU’s Retail division. Access to reliable transportation is preferred for branch travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months or more of cash handling, customer service and team work experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve basic member needs.
• Serve as Lobby Lead.
• Process transactions (including shared branching).
• Process and assist with account support (online and mobile banking).
• Balance and manage drawer.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• File required compliance reports (CTR, SAR, etc.).
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and ethics codes.
• Complete required regulatory training and maintain internal controls compliance.
