Job summary

PACS Group in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents according to their care plans. You will identify residents, assist with mobility, and support meals, hygiene, and comfort in a patient-centered environment.

You will document care activities, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, follow safety and confidentiality policies, and collaborate with a team to maintain a warm, respectful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents with wristbands before treatments and meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts accurately and informatively.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities, transfers, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safety procedures at all times.
