PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in the United States to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will work under supervision of Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, identify residents, monitor condition, and document care.

The role requires observation, reporting changes, maintaining resident privacy, and assisting with daily activities, hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business material, journals, procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries and maintain accurate notes in charts and logs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report disclosures.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as trained.
• Observe and report injuries or skin issues to prevent complications.
