Job summary

PACS Group in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services per each resident’s care plan, under supervision. You will identify residents before treatments, record care, and help with daily activities while maintaining a warm, safe environment.

The role requires adherence to facility policies, safeguarding resident health information, and collaboration with nursing staff to monitor residents and support their daily needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any violations.
• Assist with daily activities and monitor residents’ well-being to prevent incidents.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to ensure quality care.
