Job summary

Qualifications

• Record and report temperatures, pulses, and respirations as instructed.
• Follow authorized abbreviations and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before care or meals.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Document entries clearly and promptly; report changes to Supervisor.
