Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services under supervision of a PT and approved plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment to supervisors and clinicians.
• Provides resources for future needs and promotes wellness and prevention.
• Documents supervisory activities in the patient’s medical record.
• Monitors patient response to PT interventions and progress.
• Participates in care conferences, in-services, audits, and peer-review activities.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and coordinates referrals to community resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
