Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment.
• Graduate from an CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• One year of related PT experience in home health or mentoring if less than 1 year.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide PT interventions, conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
