You will drive engagement, coach staff, and partner with leadership to create a sanctuary-like store environment. Responsibilities include building client relationships daily, analyzing performance data, and leading selling initiatives while overseeing associates and cashiers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Open to feedback and eager to provide feedback.
