Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper in Fort Lauderdale, FL to maintain lawn areas, sidewalks and the overall property appearance. You will handle mowing, trimming and debris removal, ensuring clean and safe walkways for residents and staff.

The role requires operating handheld tools, adhering to OSHA/EPA guidelines, and delivering friendly customer service. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm with full-time benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools listed above.
• OSHA/EPA guidelines knowledge for chemical storage and use.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass and maintains lawn, trims around trees and walkways.
• Clears debris and keeps drives and walkways safe.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and equipment.
• Maintains and stores equipment properly.
• Operates new equipment safely following procedures.
