Job summary

FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and grounds. You will cut grass, trim around trees, clear debris, and ensure safe walks and drives daily.

This is a full-time on-site role with a schedule Sunday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off and pay between $18 and $20 per hour. As part of a diverse team, you’ll follow safety procedures, use handheld lawn tools, and assist with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using handheld lawn tools (weed cutter, mower, trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower).
• Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
• OSHA/EPA guidelines on chemical storage/use must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass and maintains lawn and walkways.
• Clears debris and keeps drives and walkways safe.
• Assist in loading/unloading supplies as needed.
• Maintain, service, and store equipment properly.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
