FirstService Residential in Miami is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's exterior and ensure a neat, safe environment for residents and staff.

You will cut grass, trim around trees and walkways, clear debris, and keep equipment clean and ready. This full‑time, non-exempt role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions, with a 10 am–4 pm weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower.
• Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines for chemical storage and use.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.
• Maintains, services, cleans and stores equipment properly.
• Follow safety procedures when using new equipment.
