Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and surrounding grounds in a full‑time capacity. You will cut grass, trim around trees and walkways, clear debris, and help move supplies while following safety procedures.

Strong customer service and multi‑lingual abilities are a plus. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with common groundskeeping tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using handheld tools (weed cutter, mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous landscaping/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines for chemical storage/use.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.
• May assist in loading/unloading of supplies, equipment, and merchandise.
• Maintains, services, cleans and stores equipment.
• Adheres to safety procedures when using new equipment.
