Burlington Stores in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store operations and front-end teams. You will partner with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to drive results and guest satisfaction across shifts.

As a stepping-stone to management, you will build strong teams, supervise daily activities, and promote safety and service excellence while supporting a growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues, make informed decisions, and supervise front-end operations for exceptional service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
