Job summary

Burlington Stores in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise all store functions in the Manager on Duty role, train and coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning with safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more (as required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse, team-based culture.
• Address issues efficiently and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support asset protection and prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations programs.
