The SpringHill Suites Denver at Anschutz Medical Campus, managed by Commonwealth Hotels, is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and support daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with using computer systems, especially hotel PMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple tasks (phones, reservations, guest requests).

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processing with a welcoming approach.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments and support hotel policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on services, local attractions, and transportation.
