Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks a front desk associate for the SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown. The starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time hours at the downtown Denver property.

This role requires greeting guests, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include check-in/out, cash handling, and providing accurate information to guests.

Qualifications

• Must have high school math aptitude and be familiar with cash handling procedures.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Past experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and attend to details while multi-tasking.
• Experience with front desk or reservations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in using manual and computer methods.
• Process check-out and close guest accounts following procedures.
• Handle cash, receipts, and guest accounts accurately for billing.
• Answer inquiries about rates, reservations, and hotel services.
• Maintain good guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX for guest wake-up calls and communications.
• Manage cash transactions per hotel policy and maintain balance.
