Staybridge Suites Denver - Cherry Creek is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and handle requests with poise.

Shifts run 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with 2–3 days per week available and flexible scheduling to meet hotel needs. Ideal candidates will deliver warm service, clear communication, and efficient problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hotel management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, friendly service and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
