Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Float Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Salt Lake County Branches. You will assist customers with friendly, accurate service, recommend banking products, and support clients with deposits, withdrawals and transfers while maintaining cash drawers and upholding privacy.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least six months of related experience.

• Regular, reliable attendance and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products.
• Resolve customer concerns and answer inquiries.
• Open and close branch as scheduled.
• Adhere to applicable laws and bank policies.
• Attend required training and participate in progression program.
• Represent Altabank professionally and protect customer privacy.
• Maintain a neat workspace and punctual attendance.
• Participate in community and bank-sponsored activities.
