Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Float Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Salt Lake County branches. You will assist customers with financial transactions, explain banking services, and resolve inquiries with a solution-based approach, delivering friendly, accurate support.

Scheduled M-F 8:45-6 with occasional Saturdays, the role emphasizes attention to detail, superb customer service, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards.
• Maintain and balance cash or teller drawer daily.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns within authority; escalate as needed.
• Open and close branch as schedule requires.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
