Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Full-time Float Teller/New Accounts Representative for Salt Lake County Branches. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and banking needs, balancing cash daily and offering products that fit client goals.

The role emphasizes excellent service, problem resolution, and compliance with banking regulations. Schedule Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays; entry rate $17.00+/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards.
• Balance cash or teller drawer daily and adhere to transaction limits.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products and resolve customer concerns within your authority.
• Answer phones, process wire transfers, stop payments, check orders and create debit cards.
• Open and close the branch as scheduled and maintain customer privacy.
