Job summary

American Leak Detection is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, explain services, and manage the customer experience for residential, commercial, and municipal clients in Minnesota. This full-time CSR will coordinate scheduling and dispatch/routing of our technicians for daily jobs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries- a plus but not required
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required
• Must live and be able to work in Minnesota
• Dispatching and scheduling experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones

• Shift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time
• Availability: General workday is Monday through Friday, occasional weekend availability may be required (this is not a remote position)
