Job summary

American Leak Detection of North Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, explain services, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This full-time, in-office role offers a daytime 8-hour shift with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekend requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service, phone, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries a plus but not required.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones.
• Explaining our services to potential clients.
• Manage the customer experience.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Dispatch, routing, and scheduling of jobs for our technicians.
• Shift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time in office.
• Availability: Monday through Friday; occasional weekend may be required.
