Job summary

American Leak Detection of Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer questions, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians for daily jobs serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

The CSR will manage the customer experience, explain services, and coordinate an 8-hour daytime, full-time shift with occasional weekend availability; this is not a remote position. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Dispatching and scheduling experience is a must.
• Must live and be able to work in Minnesota.
