Job summary

American Leak Detection is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Greater Augusta and Savannah service areas. You will answer customer questions, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians for daily jobs, serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

The role offers an 8-hour daytime shift, full-time hours, with Monday–Friday workdays and occasional weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries is a plus but not required.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required.
