Job summary

MercyOne Centerville Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic RN to provide outpatient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while educating patients and families and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with other clinical staff and support patient education.
• Administer medications and treatments across multiple routes.
• Maintain EMR documentation and equipment/supply management.
• Participate in meetings, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Communicate with physicians and families about care plans.
