Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; licensure from other states may be required based on location.

• Proficient in computer skills (Windows, MS Office, web navigation).
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient settings using nursing processes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely via multiple routes and document accordingly.
• Maintain documentation accuracy in the EMR and ensure timely communication.
