Job summary

MercyOne Clive Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a Clinic RN to provide patient care in an outpatient setting. You will assess patients, implement care plans, coordinate with providers, and support education for patients and families.

The role requires an active Iowa RN license, BLS certification within 3 months of hire, and proficient computer/EMR skills. You will work a full-time day shift, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; compact license acceptable where applicable.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and EMR documentation.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and document accordingly.
• Educate patients and families; ensure understanding and adherence to care plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments, treatments, and education.
