Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager credential required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Evening and weekend availability as needed.
• Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff schedules to cover shifts.
• Train, coach, evaluate, reward and discipline employees as needed.
• Manage and monitor budgets and revenue services.
• Ensure safe receiving, storage, preparation and service of food.
• Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment for sanitation.
