Job summary

Healthcare-SN is seeking a Full Time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead dietary operations in a skilled nursing setting in Pennsylvania. The role includes staffing, training, budgeting, and ensuring safe food handling and service.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CDM credential, 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Excel and Word and physical capability to lift heavy items is required.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability as needed.
• Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel/Word).

We are looking for a Full Time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).

Job Includes but not limited to:

• - Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staff to cover shifts.
• - Train, coach, evaluate, reward, and when necessary, discipline employees.
• - Manage and monitor budgets and revenue services.
• - Assure safe receiving, storage, preparation, and service of food.
• - Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation.
• - Participate in Resident Care Plan Meetings and QAPI Program.
• - Attend Resident Food Council Meetings
• - Support Registered Dietitian duties as needed.
• - Knowledge of Excel and Word
• - Knowledge of food purchasing/inventory.
