Embarc is seeking a Customer Experience Guide to join our cannabis retail team in a full-time, non-exempt role. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring compliant store operations and accurate inventory handling.

The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be part of the schedule.
