Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teammates.
• Passion for cannabis education and customer service.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Treez POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Embarc's brand standards.
• Support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs.
• Communicate and execute sales and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor reflecting merchandising standards.
• Participate in community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Follow state regulations and procedures accurately and consistently.
• Report facility issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable customer experience.
• Safely lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Assist with inventory tasks including intake, stocking, labeling, pricing, and transfers.
• Support audits and cycle counts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Follow handling and storage procedures for all cannabis products.
