Job summary

Old Navy in San Francisco is looking for a full-time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform, and wardrobe shoppers, delivering a best-in-class experience through in-store and omnichannel channels.

Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, exceed customer expectations, and support all areas of the sales floor, from fittings to cash wrap. Strong product knowledge and a friendly, energetic approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Ability to use retail technology.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
