Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Brillion, WI is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions, document progress, and support children with autism spectrum disorders. No prior experience required; paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is provided.

Full-time schedule 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays for make-up sessions. Competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, 1:1 ABA-based sessions with clients.
• Document progress and update treatment plans.
• Support development of communication and daily living skills.
• Work within a collaborative team and maintain data collection.
